Was prompt and efficient and friendly. Added a service all fee even though I hired him. Do not like that very well, It is kinda like and add on charge. At 189.00 additional that is excessive, especially since I hired him to do a lot of work. I was under the impression coming to HA I would eliminate their service fees. It should be enough that I pay him to do all the work. I guess that is the way plumbers are.

At first it seemed they wanted to sell me a water heater, but when here, completed the work as requested in a fast and friendly manner, and o appreciate that.

I had a gas water heater literally catch fire. I spoke to Jerry after hours and he was able to come the next day. He connected us with an electrician to run new wiring, provided a fair and appreciated price that was hundreds under my budget and completed The work days earlier than he anticipated. His business magnet is on my fridge now and I wonÂ’t ever use another plumber. Thank you!
