The customer service was excellent. Luis did the remodel. He did everything that was promised. He treated my handicapped daughter & I with utmost respect. He included her in making decisions on where to put shampoo & soap holder & also where to put the magnetic shower head holder so she could reach it with no problem. Water was turned off for about 15 minutes at most. I would absolutely recommend this company, Matrix, to do a remodel. Luis did all the cleanup & didn't leave a trace of trash or debrit anywhere. My daughter is so very happy with her new shower. It gives her independence from depending on me to help her in & out of my small shower. Thank you Matrix & especially Luis!!

Mike and luis the best project I have ever contracted. luis is superior craftsmen,on time, and did every thing . considerate of property. Mike was straight forward and the project was completed when said it would be.

Mike's approach is straight forward without all artificial hoopla the other companies exhibited. He presented the projects fair price in one simple figure, without all the discount gimmicks used by the other companies. I have already referred this company to a number of people. Their work was impeccable. The staff is knowledgeable, skilled and friendly. I highly recommend them. A big thank you to Mike, Luis and the crew for giving me my dream bathroom.

Honest and lengthy review ahead. Only seems fair given the 3-star rating. To start, Mike has absolutely rock bottom communication skills. Poor planning, poor scheduling, and again? Poor communication. I did appreciate his fast response time to the request for service, HOWEVER, he completely flaked on the scheduled date for the initial consultation. Luis did a semi-decent job, albeit overpriced IMHO (not his fault). Installed a 3 piece acrylic wall and tub combination, with new shower border/baseboards. Satisfied with the results and operation of the shower. Would have preferred some consultation about burying half the showerhead escutcheon under the shower border before just moving on with that piece of the project. Looks weird. Tile floor and baseboards were a great improvement, both in material and workmanship from the previous install. However, within less than a week the grout looks like it?s YEARS old. Cracked, pitting, flaking, shrinking, etc. Now I have to find a free weekend to fix and re-grout. The whole point of hiring someone was to SAVE me time. On a positive note, Luis did a great job of cleaning up during and after his demolition/construction; kudos. Although he left his shop vac behind, so maybe he will not be a clean on the next job. Haha. I notified Mike (email and voicemail) of the issues I had with the work, and that Luis had left behind a shop-vac, but never received a response. Again, poor communication, or maybe they are just ashamed and hiding. I guess the price of a used shop vac will have to make up for my lost weekend of replacing tile grout. {{{ho-hum}}}

Worked with Mike and Luis and had a great experience! Luis was able to complete the job the same week I contacted them. Very happy overall.
