The technician came out quickly to repair our refrigerator and was very pleasant and informative. We were advised that a part was needed and that it would arrive early the following week, so we agreed and wrote a check for it. I heard nothing by the middle of the following week so I asked and was told the part was delayed. It arrived and I arranged for it to be fitted on Thursday between certain hours but nobody showed up and nobody called back to say why. If I?d known I would have bought a new refrigerator. The company was very quick to cash my check, but not to do the job. I will update this review with the final outcome.
