After carefully researching local companies and their products, I am so pleased that I selected Max Video & Security for our home security needs. This is a very professional group that sets the highest standard for quality and service in the Indianapolis area. David provided me with a broad understanding of the technology to help me find the right product for my needs. I selected Max Gold Package: Custom (Best) that provided me with the best NVR 8-channel camera system at a competitive price. Their technicians, Rex and Kenny, spent all the time necessary to assure a perfect installation. Sandy, their trainer, provided me with one on one personal training on every facet of the technology and how it works. No other company, in Indianapolis, goes to this length to satisfy their customer. They were also the only company to offer me a service warranty in addition to the product warranty. I am very satisfied with my decision and highly recommend Max Video and Security.
