"We take our customer service very serious James, Im sorry you feel upset about the job but when I spoke with you, you said everything was absolutely amazing and you where very pleased, you even went as far as tipping all my guys, we did the job a month ago and I just recently deposited your check a couple days ago, I'm not sure what was going on but yesterday I called you and said I can refund your money and you just hung up, If the job wasn't completed we would have never asked for a check , I'm sorry your upset your words " everything looks absolutely amazing and great ""
