Mcdaniels construction built a brand new deck balcony for me and I couldnâ t be happier! The construction of the deck is top quality and beautiful. They were very responsive to my texts and calls.

McDaniels & Sons Construction has completed so many beautiful projects for us. The most recent, was removing old wooden exterior doors and installation of new energy efficient exterior fiberglass doors and metal storm doors. He and his crew competed the job so quick and it was beautiful. The crew is always professional and makes sure we are 100000% satisfied before they complete the project. I will have them back for all of our construction needs! They have the best quality of work Iâ ve ever found and heâ s always affordable and fair.

He did not live up to his promises. Initially, he sent out a formal quote, stated he would not do any work until it was signed and paid. When he ordered the material, he stated it took a long time to arrive and it kept getting further postponed. Finally, he stated the merchandise was in and would be delivered. I have not heard back from him since that point despite my repeated attempts to know a date for the project to start.

Mr. McDaniels would arrive between 8:00-8:30 am, he spent most of the time outside smoking cigarettes, talking on the phone, or just sitting in his truck. When he did work, he would only work part of the time. In 5 days he only put in a full 10 hours but never finished the job. The day I fired him, he arrived at around 8 am, he asked for payment, I told him no because I had more material to purchase for him after I left him and his helper, laid the closet floor and build a small wall, and installed 3 pieces of wood to frame out a closet door. He left around 3 pm not telling my son that he was leaving. So much more to this story, pictures of the damage to my property.

As I stated in our last correspondence, I am sorry you feel the way you do, and that you misunderstood the starting day of the kitchen. Your home was in serious need of repair due to whoever started the demo and made lousy repairs before me, as you stated when I came to do your estimate. There was no floor covering in any of the rooms I was to work on, no working bathtub, or sink in the master bath, and no tub surround. I purchased flooring, wall material, and tub surround supplies at my cost, even though our contract stated YOU were supposed to supply that material. You were also supposed to supply all trim (baseboard and crown molding) per.
