The company finished our floors but left several edges unfinished. The lead sales person and the owner both came to look at the unfinished areas and they both told us that they would get someone out to fix it right away but no one ever showed up. The job was done August 2017 and this is October 2018. If you use them, inspect the floor very carefully, especially around steps, kitchen islands and such to make sure all areas have had finish applied because these guys do not follow up like you would expect. I am so unhappy with their lack of following up as they said they would that I am considering a small claims suit against them.

They appear to subcontract out and not really have their own crews. The folks they sent us showed up midday and then left late in the evening. The carpet itself is beautiful, but they halfassed some of the finishing work. The salesman was nice though.

Alan's Efficiency is great. On Time which was important to me mainly because I only had a brief time to spend in Cumming, Ga. He kept me updated regarding installation of tile which starts this coming week 6/19 and then the laminate flooring starts 6/26.

Make sure that you buy extra boxes of flooring, just in case the measurements are off. You can return what you don't use. They were very patient.
