They came a second time without charge when notified that I still had mice. It helped, but I still have mice in my house.

There have been more mice droppings since the visit. I need someone to come back before our November visit to put more trap boxes around the house. Not enough was done to prevent more mice or get rid of the ones there. Please come back immediately.

I told Matt that I was moving and that I needed the one time treatment with attention to one specific entry point and that needed remediation. He said they could do that for $195. When the tech came out he didnâ t inspect the inside for the entry point. He threw a bunch of bait up in the utility room and sump pump area and then went outside to give me an estimate. Their goal is for you to pay the 1 year guarantee for $2000. When I called them about this, Patrick said Matt would call me. He never called back.

I only used them to clean up the basement since we had already mouse-proofed the house using a different firm that didn't offer cleaning. They did a great job cleaning
