The plumbers were professional, friendly, efficient, and clean. I am very happy with the quality of their work. All the problems are with the billing/office. The final bill was 25% more than originally estimated. When I asked for a breakdown of parts vs labor they got mad and threatened me with late fees. They still will not tell me how many hours they worked and the labor rate they charged. Pretty sure they made up a number and expected me to pay it. Not sure why they got mad when I asked for an itemized bill.

Was able to get an appointment within a few days notice. Kathy was great in following up before the appointment on updates on timing. Michael was nice to work with and was able to troubleshoot a few additional issues, and had the parts available to do the repairs on the spot. I will be using this service again for another project!

It was Sunday at 11:00am and we had a leak at our main water valve un the basement and it was flooding our carpet. Mike was at our house by 12pm, turned the water off at the street and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He laid down mats so he wouldn't get our floors dirty and installed a new water valve within an hour. He also helped me unclog two sinks and fix a faucet in 5 minutes. Would recommend Mike to anyone, great guy, great business and very responsive.
