    Coupon company emailed me and confirmed on the phone while making appointment were not accepted by the technician. The technician did find another applicable discount code but was of lesser value than my original coupon. The technician was stellar, he explained everything, he was respectful and courteous. We wore masks and social distanced.

    Company cancelled their first appointment 15 minutes before the end of the window given causing me to lose time at work. They came the next day again causing me to take time off. Their quality of work was good, but their prices were outrageous!

    We Hired Michael and Son to fix our grinder pump after it stopped working and shocked me trying to reset it after a power outage. They first Sent an electrician who said it was a plumbing issue and they would send a plumber the next day. Their plumber said we needed to replace both the alarm box and pump itself. He quoted the alarm box at $1900 and estimated $4000 for the pump, but said he couldnâ t be sure about the pump until getting in touch with the supply shop which wouldnâ t be until 2 days later. We had another company come out for a second opinion and they had it fixed in 10 min for the cost of the service call. **Someone** had turned the pump valve off and all it needed to do was be turned back on and press the restart button. Since Michael and Sons electrician was the only person to touch anything... maybe their plumber was clueless or maybe they set us up for a $6000 new system that we didnâ t need. Either way, I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
