How We Got Started

I chose to work in this industry because Since the age of 6 years old, I tagged along with my father on any Saturday, school holidays and summer vacations. I enjoyed working with my father and the friendship we had. While my father wasn’t a wealthy man he gave me a wealth of experiences and a great foundation for both the technical skills and values that would define the man that I am. He taught me the value of being an honorable man of your word. I owe all that I have to what my parents gave me..

We started in this industry in 1976.

they were fast, professional got the entire install done in a day. 3 yrs interest free made it work and i'll never replace it again

They came out quickly. We needed Hot/Cold valves replaced behind washer so that washer could be repaired/replaced. Existing valves were stuck in open position and OLD. Tech noticed that lines running to the washer were also OLD - so he said that he'd go buy necessary lines and replace them. Great. He had to cut a hole in the wall behind washer in order to replace valves , and informed us that they don't repair walls. Understandable, I guess. This cost us just over $400. Fast forward from Friday to Sunday - my daughter is doing her laundry and damned near breaks her neck because of the puddle of water that's formed in front of the washer. Upon further inspection, the water has also seeped under the dryer, followed the tile grout lines into the hallway, under the dividing wall, under the bookcases, etc. Called the company. They will have someone out by 5 pm. The tech later called and said he'd be there by around 4:00. He came, he spotted the problem immediately (the washing machine hose was not securely attached, and was STEADILY dripping) and he fixed it. He was NOT the same plumber who did the original job - thank God! He was polite, efficient, professional, and apologetic. My take on this whole thing is this: It was NOT A DIFFICULT JOB. It was a rather costly job, for what was done - but whatever. You don't mind paying a little more for quality work. It SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME. Their only redeeming quality here is that they came out quickly and rectified the situation. WE had to clean up the water that got under EVERYTHING - which meant my daughter and I had to pull the washer and dryer out to get the water up...Kenmore Elite appliances on pedestals. VERY HEAVY. We paid $400 for that privilege.
