Hi Roxanne, Baker here. Michael handing the handyman guy very reliable and I can count on him. He comes on time when he says and he repairs the product. And he gives me informed in terms of what's going on. What needs to be done and he very nicely came and did a visit. I offered him. You know a fee for his time? And he refused and again. I have a working refrigerator because of him which can postpone a little bit until I get my new one. And I really appreciate and appreciate him and I will call him in a few.

Price was reasonable. Mike seemed to be a hard worker, knowledgeable about appliances, and identified quickly what needed fixing. He got the necessary part the next day. He needed to postpone the work several times but did fix the machine as quickly as he could the next day. He prefers to be paid immediately, electronically. He seems brusque but is a good person.

Thank You Michel Refrigerator water line broke. I had to shut off the water. I called Michel. He was busy but when he heard I had to shut off the water he made time for me. Fixed the broken line and gave me some good tips. Thank you again.

Mike was helpful, responsive and kind! He came immediately to help us out with our dishwasher and garbage disposal that wasn't working. He fixed it under 15 minutes and made sure everything was working before he did. Highly recommend! A great guy!
