Super-creative. Great eye for visualizing the right furnishings & colors in a space! Michele knows the best products, the remodel talent, and all the showrooms in Dallas to get you the best results. She has done several projects for us. I like that she presents lots of ideas and options so you can be involved in the process.

Michele came to my home one time. I asked for her hourly rate which I agreed to, but it was soon clear that she did not have much in the way of advice and even gave me her business card which was for realty, not design. I did not hear from her right away but after some nudging she sent me a contractor who she said she work with at times. Since I felt a sense of obligation for her time spent at my home, I let the contractor give me a bid. While they did an okay job, they used 12 days for a partial bath remodel. It is a job that should have taken 7-10 days max. At any rate Michelle kept saying we would be over whenever I needed someone to discuss what was going on. But like I said, she never showed up and I ended up designing the bathroom myself, save for taking her suggestion on a long subway tile. Otherwise she was of no help and even helped sabotage my project by not communicating but getting defensive when I had questions. At one point when I complained about the time it was taking to get this project completed she countered with the fact that we have 15 projects going. IOW they had spread themselves too thin. Her other excuse was that we just do such quality work. But the fact is they had a guy in for a couple of days that was more or less a place holder. He did very little when he was here. The contractor (I am not sure who we is in this equation), did a bit of unauthorized work but was at least willing to split the difference with me at the end. I have so much more to say if anyone needs to contact me, but what I will say right now is do not hire.

My fiancé and I moved to Dallas from Florida and were looking for an interior designer to help us create our dream space. We moved here with no furniture except a master bedroom set... so we were essentially asking her to help us with our entire home (2 bedroom/2.5 bath). Michele ignored our priority list and was not timely in providing us with design templates. Each design template (we only got two over the course of several weeks) seemed unimaginative and something that I could have thrown together. Additionally, the prices of the pieces she recommended were outrageous. I voiced my concerns to her and her response was unprofessional. Instead of working to make sure that we had our furniture, she denied the existence of any contract (which is simply untrue as my fiancé and I are lawyers). What we had with Michele was an oral contract. Oral contracts are enforceable. In the end, we got one 5x7 rug (approx. $500) that is nice. We elected to pick it up from the distributor ourself to save over $100 on delivery fees. Michele came to our house a grand total of one time. Her retainer is not an unreasonable price and taking further action for her failure to perform was simply not worth my time... but please keep in mind, you get what you pay for. DO NOT HIRE.

Michelle is amazing! She is warm, personable, and has a keen listening ear - knowing how to navigate all of the opposing style preferences between me and my husband while honoring both points of view. She does everything from helping to choose a specific tile to staging a complete home. Her ability to mix our old pieces with new ones was key in making our home look and feel loved and lived in. I would highly recommend her for your next design/decorating project.

I had the basic ideas for the new bathroom and master closet but needed a second opinion. Michele was invaluable with design suggestions, organization concepts, material shopping and building contractors. Also, she is a lot of fun!!! I highly recommend her as a person and as a professional.

I am still using her to redecorate my house.
