Excellent job. Ants were gone right away. He explained what he was doing as he worked. Only ussue was time window. 6 hours is a long time

My only problem with them was the timing. They gave me a 6 hour window on my appointment, and still showed up 10 minutes late.

They were on time. Friendly. The $152.00 service charge seemed high for what was done. I would hire them again but not at that price. The bees that I requested left on there own before they got there. I was satisfied

Excellent work, very nice. Ants were gone the next day. I had two time windows to choose from, 8-2 or 12-5. While I was happy that I didn't have to take off work, we work our Saturday around the 12-5 window. At 4:45 he called and said he was overbooked and running behind, do I still want him to come? Of course I needed the ants gone, he didn't show up until almost 6:30 and left about 7:30 which pretty much ruined our evening plans. I am happy to have the ants gone though...
