The worker arrived to give me an estimate on fixing my outdoor lighting system. The price was rather high, but I really wanted it to work again. He described what I would get by going with Mr. Sparky, mainly a 5-year warranty. He left for quite a while to purchase a new transformer. He came back with a digital transformer, even though I told him I would not be able to work with a digital. *It will be easy* he said. He installed the transformer very quickly. It seemed like he was in a hurry. When I went out to the front of my house, I saw a child in his truck. He told me he had picked up his child from school when he went for the transformer. He said he programmed the transformer to come on at 6:30 and to turn off at 11:00. He never trained us at all. I told him at least three times that I was not happy. He gave us a manual and said something about the *changing times.* That night, the lights never came on. They do not work at all now, at least not for us. I called for service and was told the next available appointment is on Friday, and there may be a service fee. I was victimized by this company. I feel that I was scammed. I have no lights and am out quite a bit of money.

Ace arrived early and went right to work. Found the first problen in less than 10 minutes.. The second problem wasan elecrical out let than went bad because it had extensive water damage. H e truely was a professional! All the work took less than an hour! Thank you

I was disappointed that they didn't include replacement for the outlets. He installed 2 new outlets that were not working for $200 plus, but the work is guaranteed for 5 years

Nice installer. Way, way overpriced for the job (installing a Nest doorbell. Received a military discount; could have gotten a Senior discount... would have been the same... but still, way overpriced at almost $200. I didn't realize. I was going through HomeAdvisor. I specifically contacted Mister Sparky ad. Wasn't happy that HomeAdvisor responded.
