Good price and inspection.

We cakes Brad because we had recently purchased a home and unfortunately began to discover the inspector we had assess the property before closing missed several things. As that list began to grow, or the things he missed became more obvious, I wanted another inspection for my peace of mind so I felt we had an accurate picture of the home we purchased! I called Brad and explained the situation to him and he made sure over the phone that I actually wanted to spend money on a second inspection (I valued that he actually took some time to talk about because he could have easily just taken the job. It showed he had my/our best interest to a degree!) Since I didn’t trust ANYTHING ain’t he first inspection, I said we definitely wanted another one. Brad was extremely informative during our home inspection. He took the time to come in and sit down to address any issue he found and then take us to the part of the house with the issue to point it out - and suggest the best and cheapest way to fix the issue. He was kind, thorough and cheaper than the first guy by quite a bit! We wish we had gone with them the first time, but we’re glad we found them. Would highly recommend MIX
