I can not say enough about Mr. Winston's dedication to his craft. You can tell he has a passion and is eager to explain the ins and outs of the process. It is hard to find his type of professionalism in today's contractors. He was punctual and delivered his report in the timeframe he set. He made sure to include me in the process and educated me along the way on the various techniques to collect samples. Once the report from the lab came back, he punctually created a report for me and gave me time to review it. After I reviewed the report, he made himself available to go over it in fine detail and taking as much time as I needed to answer my questions to my satisfaction. I later learned that Mr. Winston had been ill during the time of my report creation. You would never know it. I would recommend Mold Test Specialist and not hesitate to use them again for future needs.

Mr. Monk was very professional and thorough. He took the time to educate me on what he was looking for and explained the process very well. This was my second time having testing completed in my home and I will say had I gone with Mr. Monk first I would not have had to get a second report. Highly recommend.
