Ripped out carpeting and installed pergo. Patch and paint walls and trim. Install new closet doors and blinds. Immaculate work. Highly recommend

I hired Jan Moniot to renovate and retrofit my deck, which was about 50 years old and in pretty bad shape and needed to be renovated and brought into complaints with contemporary building code. Jan did incredible job. He build all concrete footings and replaced all structural posts and added joist. He replaced old staircase with the new one. He replaced some rotten decking boards with new ones. In addition to this job he reinforced floor structural elements to keep fireplace secure (fireplace is located on second floor). Jan is highly professional and did excellent job. Everything he did he did with perfection and professionalism. He is very thoughtful, creative and I would say in some way he is perfectionist. His work ethic was great.

They were very pleasant and the work was perfect. It was a serious problem I had with the house and they new immediately what needed to be done. They Che led the foundation and structure of the house where the work was needed and completed the project to perfection They worked hard and long hours to complete this for me I plan on using this company for additional projects Thank you

Jan was a breath of fresh air after dealing with a few other contractors for appraisals. He is extremely talented, very professional, goes beyond to give you the best finished product. Best stress-free experience. I got a gorgeous 12 x 24 ft. back deck and a new good friend!

Jan is Very professional, his work ethics are great. He provides quality work and very accommodating. Also bring his expertise and knowledge, but is not pushy. He had a huge road ahead of him, but tackled the task with no problem. I am very happy, with the fence installation, I actually hired him for additional work.
