    Anthony came out to review failed A/C & Heater rooftop unit and provide estimate. Very polite and professional, quickly discovered the failed component and demonstrated to us the failure. He also advised us of the age of our units which are at the end of their life cycle and that repairs will be increasingly more difficult to achieve over time. He also provided us with future solutions to discern.

    Our rooftop central heat and AC unit went out. It was over 15 years old and needed to be replaced. They took the time to explain what needed to be done and what options we had. We chose to replace rather than repair and they worked to get it done as quickly as possible. They were courteous, on time and did a quality job. They have a customer for life, finally a company that not only claims to be a Quality provider but one that really is.

    Use Moore Quality Air for all your heating and air conditioning needs. The company is so professional! They replaced 2 of our units last summer and we had a small issue today, 10 months later, which they fixed for no charge. The supervising Tech Julian is so knowledgeable and customer service oriented! And the owner came out to make sure we were thoroughly satisfied, which we are!

    Joe is the best service tech! He has come out and helped us with switching ac and heating systems for years. During a cold snap today, he came out and fixed trouble we were having with furnace, even though they are very busy. I was afraid it would be a major problem that might require more than a day or two without heat. This would be a great inconvenience since my 97 year old mother would have to stay elsewhere. Instead, Joe came and quickly resolved the issue. Friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend this company to others.

    My son and daughter recently gifted me with a replacement of my evaporative/heating system to a refrigerated air/heating system. They arranged for estimates from different local companies and, of those, Moore Quality Air stood out. The thorough presentation by Anthony Hughes, leaving nothing unexplained, impressed me as did his personal demeanor...polite, courteous and respectful. That never changed throughout the work process, communications and follow-ups. Everyone connected to Moore Quality Air from the owners, Anthony Hughes and Jonathan McDaniel, their electrician Julian and crew, Jorge, Lawrence and George, were consistently polite, professional, hardworking and eager to please. We are very satisfied with their work and the new system. I now look forward to the coming Winter and the next hot Summer knowing I will be comfortable at last. I highly recommend this company to anyone considering a change-over from evaporative to refrigerated. Rubye Bryant
