These guys did a really good job. I read through a lot of the other reviews of moving companies and many were pretty awful. I called around a did some price comparisons, and Move Us, Inc. pricing was slightly less than the others I looked at. We moved a four-bedroom house worth of stuff out of a storage space and across town into a new four-bedroom house. They communicated well and worked solidly for 8 hours. I was there the whole time and would have seen if anything did not seem to be going well. They were originally fifteen minutes late, but called me to let me know. It was also pouring rain most of the day, but that didn't slow them down. They really did a solid job and I'm grateful to have had a no-drama moving day. Recommended!

The guys who packed things were much more impressive than the two-man crew from Reno.

The actual move went quite well, except for the fact that they spent hours (at $175/hr) to wrap and tape every single little thing driving up what should have been about a three-hour packing into five hours, and what should have been a two-hour unpacking into 3 1/2. One of the workers spent most of his time in the truck smoking cigarettes. They wore no protective clothing and had zero concern about Covid19. I was quoted a fixed $1,350 price. I ended up paying $2,139 for TWO ROOMS for a 175-mile move! I was told the day of the move that that was just an Estimate! Even though I asked *Danielle* several times that very question. It was a Classic Bait and Switch. I was warned by another moving company that this would happen if I went with someone else. I feel I got taken for a ride! It gets even better! The day before the move to be on Friday before Memorial Day, I took the day off and was going to drive to my house I was moving from (175 miles) and decided to call to see why I had not heard from them! Well, they just decided to cancel it without telling me and move it to Saturday! Be very careful before you hire any mover. They promise all sorts of stuff but then hand you a pile Legal Documents to frantically sign. One of which is that you sign all your rights away to challenge the contract! They give you this 1/2 hour before they finish so that they still have your best stuff in the truck! You must sign in or you do not get your Stuff! I would have rated the work quality higher if it had not been so obvious that they were dragging their feet to add hours to the move! Do not bother calling the office, they will double speak you to death and say... *Danielle should not have told you that! Danielle is New and does not know any better!

I am very pleased overall with using Move US for my recent move. I was grateful that they made this move possible during the pandemic, and that everyone wore masks, practiced social distancing and took proper precautions. The workers that came to pack the truck worked extremely hard and very efficiently to get the job done. They took extra care to use moving blankets to securely wrap my furniture as well as a large glass table top. Everything arrived in good condition on the requested day of delivery. The moving crew worked very well together to unload the truck and place the furniture and boxes in the right rooms and locations that I designated. I would recommend that you have some cash on hand to provide a well-earned tip to the moving crew. Throughout this process, from getting a quote to working with the movers, everyone was very helpful and professional, and I can highly recommend them.

I hired Move Us, Inc for my move because it was too stressful to do it on my own. They were inexpensive and efficient at the same time. Their sales guy was very helpful, responsive and willing to serve the best; the moving crew was no difference. They gave their best, used their skills and experience to the fullest and made sure that I move without any issues, within the allotted time and estimated price. Being honest Move Us, Inc surprised me in every possible ways. I am recommending this great company.

First Class Moving Service! The movers treated my things like their own. They were very patient as we directed them on where to put things. Our move was complicated and stressful, but they made it easy and less stressful. They worked hard and worked very well together as an effective team. Professional, courteous and eager to accommodate my requests and took great care of my belongings. Nothing was damaged and there were no hidden fees. So, I am recommending this great company.

Great Experience. I had a last minute move of a 3 bedroom home. They were inexpensive and efficient at the same time. When a company quotes so low, the job is usually carried out in a very bad manner. But these movers really gave me a run for my money. The movers arrived early. The staff was prompt and courteous and my belongings arrived in perfect condition. I am recommending this great company.

This is the second time I've used this company. First time used them when i moved from CA to TN and second time used them recently for a local move. Both time these guys packed everything in my house, protected my furniture using moving blankets and crated some antique furniture items I had in my family from my great grandmother. Both times everything went great, no damages at all! 2 out of 2 amazing moving experience. As a returning customer, I was given an additional discount. Next year I will be moving once again and will use this company once again!

The customer service was appalling - they picked up my things with a scheduled delivery date to two locations. They then changed the delivery dates at each location by two or more weeks without contacting me and would not return multiple messages - phone and email. Worse, they then did not have adequate staff to unload the trucks when they finally showed up - my daughters had to unload the truck and they charged extra money at the delivery. I do not recommend Move Us, Inc. at all.

Over all satisfied. Much better than local service, AM-PM Movers in Morristown, TN which was horrible. Move Us would have received 5 stars except would not commit to delivery date after furniture was picked up. If you have a set date furniture has to be delivered, Move-Us took a week longer than promised.

They lied about their service they record all conversations but that means nothing. After delivery I called to discuss the problems and promises said would listen to see if thing were said and now will no longer answer my calls . No one sure ever use this service.

Move Us was definitely not the cheapest company out there. There was an option to hire a couple guys for a few hours on each end from another Home Advisor company. I chose not to do this because it seemed like they were not "professional" enough. Move Us had their guys come with their truck, their boxes and everything else they provided. I just had to let them in the house. Definitely worth the extra money. When I was considering whether or not to spend a few extra dollars not to have to deal with the stress of the actual moving of my things added to the stress of my relocation itself it seemed like hiring these guys was the right thing to do and relieve myself of the burden of having to do anything in preparation for my move.

This is now the second time is as many years that I have used Move Us. The first time was job related and paid for by my company. I didn't really choose them but my company gave me two different companies to choose from and I ended up going with them. The move worked out great so on this go around and on my dime I decided to use them again. I never knew what the first move cost was so I wasn't too sure I could afford them this go around. The guy I spoke to actually remembered me and my move and ended up giving me a great deal for my second time. Out of the 5 estimates I received they were right there in the middle, price wise. On the day of the move, I actually recognized two of the guys that moved me the first time, the other two were pretty good as well. Thanks guys, if there is a third move next year I'll just call you first.

I needed a reliable mover at the absolute last minute. I work for a contractor that services GM and due to the current strike my company has to send half the office up to New Jersey. They were able to get me a driver the SAME DAY, just about 5 hours later the guys were here at my house packing u my stuff and loading it on their truck. Everyone was gentle and courteous and didn't seem bothered at tall that they only had a few hour notice to get me moved. Kudos to everyone at the company.

They moved my household belongings from one state to another and when they moved my things into the house at the destination, some of my antiques had been broken--totally destroyed. They did not seem to me to be professionally-trained house movers. And they seemed to not care about handling my things carefully.

I received three separate estimate from movers that Home Advisor suggested to me. Move Us gave me an estimate not in person, online - they did its by looking at my house at the time which was listed for sale online. We went room by room and then discussed a few additional items in garage and basement. Well, on move day, a new estimate was given which came in at TWICE what I was told the binding estimate is - watch that term. What to do at that point? I had another estimate to show them from a competitor which was better than the NEW price by about $2500 - did they match it like they advertise? NO. Basically, had no choice but to use them - I did work with them to shave the price down a tad, but really, was bad business. Oh, and don't believe the marketing language of we use our own team - other than one person - nope..all locally found folks on both ends. Also, my move had to be postponed by a day to start as nobody showed up to pack and then took over a week and half to get to me. communication really poor. All said, I would not use these guys - I've does plenty of moves and nothing ever goes smooth 100% of the time, but this was just too shady.

Choosing from the companies Home Advisor gave me was pretty difficult. The pricing was pretty much all in a $300 range. But what sold me was the fact that I called Move Us on a Sunday afternoon just to leave the representative I spoke to a voicemail and he answered. I was more than a little surprised. The price did go up from what I was quoted but to be fair I added a sofa and a love seat to the job at the last minute. But the price increase was more than fair. Besides that there were no surprises. My stuff was in storage for about 2 weeks at my request and I just took my delivery yesterday. Everything is in the exact same condition as I remember and nothing is broken. So overall I have to say great job to Move Us.
