I chose to work in this industry because As the Owners, we love the excitement that goes into seeing the FINAL RESULT, after a home Emergency or Remodel. We have a combined Military, Construction, and Nursing Background. In our spare time, travel and family time, is everything! We're also outdoor enthusiasts. Hiking, fishing, hunting, we love it all! Health and Fitness is a daily part of our lives, so we are able to give 100%. We created this company with the idea of family first, then business! We are up for any challenge, BIG or SMALL. We strive for constant perfection, and attention to detail, while giving the best Customer Service possible. We both have a combination of 15+ years, in this line of work. We are blessed and thankful, to have the employees we have in place. But, most importantly, passionate about helping people regain their homes, businesses, and lives, after a disaster. Prompt and responsive throughout the cleanup process. Very respectful of our property and took great care in not tracking dirt and cleanup debris through the house. Always showed up when they said they would and always called ahead to make sure we were aware of their schedule. Overall very pleased with their work!

the only issue I had was sometimes they showed up without calling first and a couple of times were too busy to come out when they said they would. But all in all they worked hard to clean and fix the basement leak. Would highly recommend this company. They had to come out multiple times to check the status of the leak. We are now ready to start repairing the sheet rock that had to be ripped out and I will be using them for that as well.

Moving Forward was prompt, courteous, clean and professional. They arrived when they said they would, which is a big plus. Their work was high quality and they explained each step they took to me so I knew what they were doing and why. I highly recommend them.

We had a terrible experience with Moving Forward and interesting choice in name. I believe many others on here had smaller or shorter jobs, but as some others experienced- very disappointed. This is a new company and we took a risk and we lost. Very poor quality of work and disorganized. Quick to pick up checks, but it became apparent why that was during the process and this is a warning. We had a mold remedy job and a basement remodel we hired them for. The job dragged on for months, very poor communication, very disorganized, invoicing terrible, high staff turnover with only one guy on the job at nearly all times, but more importantly, their employee Justin lied consistently and never remembered any conversations apparently (I gave him so many chances). In addition, I delegated my mother to handle this project and he called her 'elderly' (she's in her mid-60's) and she doesn't get it- yet she caught him many times insignificant mistakes and jobs that would have to be redone. When we discussed leaving a review he says "You better not". He was a sales person that they for some reason also have managing jobs which from our experience is unacceptable. Management, office manager, owner, no one followed through to address concerns. Everything sounded fine in words originally when planning at the beginning, but the quality of work and execution extremely poor. Nearly 80% of the work had to be redone 2-3 times, very poor quality of materials and workmanship and reordering doors and materials over and over again. We had to spend a significant amount of time, money, and resources to stay on top of all their problems and a very costly experience for us and in the end took a loss with money due after all paid, but will go ignored. The other large concern is the lack of follow-through with so much attention to the issues and mistakes made. In addition, we were told numerous times we would have photos and warranty of the mold remedy work, which they have failed for weeks/months to provide after several requests. The lack of comprehension in business operations is extremely concerning. They simply don't care and I have no patience for disrespect or arrogance. I've waited weeks to post anything awaiting remedy, but now that we've been forced to terminate the final work due to the extreme lack of care and lying... just overall disappointed and now very concerned on the warranties which I again requested early today, promised, and nothing.

Moving forward restoration did great job fixing an issue I had though it took more time than expected due to rainy weather and holidays. However, again, I am satisfied with their job. I am planning to work with them again.

They strung 38 man hours over 25 working days, sending 1 or 2 workmen for an hour or two, skip a day, come at unscheduled times, had to re-do the work of the previous workers...a nightmare! They started Sept 28 and finally finished October 21. Very poor communication, not top quality workmanship but top pricing.

With us being a 24 hour Restoration company, we have emergencies that come up that could make us pull technicians off a job at time. Yes, we did finish on Oct 21st, however, there was additional work that needed to be done, this resulted in a change order that was sent and approved. My Project Manager was in full communication with you on this, as well as any issues that you had. We gave several credits to the account and have yet to receive final payment on this account. We want to always Help you, Move Forward.
