Outstanding from start to finish. I set up the appointment; about 20 minutes before his arrival we received the name and photo of the Mr Appliance technician coming to assess the squeal in the dryer. Mr. Appliance got to work quickly and identified the problem; ordered the part and with 48 hours was back as promised and no more squeal. Price was exactly as estimated (minus my $20. From Home Advisor). Our technician was super professional, get down to business guy. I would recommend (and have) to anyone who needs washer or dryer work. Also, the price was incredible for the work. Thank you Mr. Appliance. I love my Maytag, thank you for keeping it working!

When my washer broke I went to Home Advisor, found & contacted Mr. Appliance who responded almost immediately offering to come same day. I opted to wait until next day requesting a specific time. Received text confirmation. Just prior to Lance's arrival another text came containing a photo of him & letting me know when he would arrive. He introduced himself, was polite, professional and got right to work. Impressed with his skill to diagnose problem, rectify the issue with my washer and be on his way. Immediately did a load of laundry. Couldn't Happier ! Will definitely use again should a need arise.

My dryer vent was clogged he spent 2 min to fix it. I was hoping for a break on the service call. But i know going in that was the price. He was very knowledgeable and i would use them again.

We appreciated the prompt response to our need. The gentleman did a thorough check of our washer and advised us what the cost of the repair would be. Due to the extent of the problem and the cost of the repair, we decided to purchase a new machine.

Mr Appliance knew what the problem was as soon as he got here from what I had told them.. The problem took about 5 mins to do, the part was $24.00. It cost $138.00 to do. I think this is outrageous for a small job. Figure out the cost per hr. Unrealistic. I will never call them again and I will tell people not to call them.

He ran washer thru cycle and said no problem. No matter what I tried to explain how it was not working properly, he just shook his head and said there was nothing wrong with it. $79 down the drain. Still not fixed.
