The only problem we had was that the "Finish by" date kept being moved. First it was possibly Tuesday, then Wednesday, then, Thursday and finally, during a mild protest call to their office, it was ultimately moved to Friday morning. Four-and-a-half days of living out of ice chests is not a lot of fun. On the other hand, the Tech, Mr. Derrick Bond, is good as gold in my wife's and my esteem. He is courteous, knowledgeable, considerate of your property (our kitchen, in this case) and very helpful with his recommendations after he finished. We very much appreciate Derrick.
