I am writing to caution neighbors in need of appliance repair from contracting with Mr. Appliance of Newnan. Yes, I originally recommended Mr. Appliance to you; however, it has become evident that this business does not stand behind its claim to its customer satisfaction 100% guarantee. Unfortunately, my refrigerators ice maker continued to have the same problem for which I paid $378.60 for its repair. The business did visit my home at least three times to attempt to rectify the problem. After two or three weeks after each attempt, the problem would reoccur. The ice maker finally stopped operating. The owner, Mr. Brent E., provided me with his cell phone number, to call in the event that the problem should occur. After leaving voice messages on the cell of the owner and at his business to request a full refund, I never received a single response. In frustration I contacted the Better Business Bureau for its help. Mr. E. left my complaint unresolved despite an extension for his reply. I was able to speak with a staff member during this process who explained that a resolution was above his pay grade and that he would refer the matter to the owner with my contact information. Again, there was no response. I then notified Mr. E. via registered, certified mail of my plans to proceed with my complaint and request for full refund with other avenues available to me as a consumer. That letter also went unanswered. As your neighbor, I respectfully advise you to find another company to handle your appliance repairs.

It took 3 trips to fix the refrigerator and it is still not working properly. The 2nd and 3rd trips were the mistakes made by worker. He was a wonderful and very nice man but his work was not up to par.

Not only did they contact me right away they were out the same evening to see what was wrong with my washer and quote a price to fix. Out the next day to repair. They were here when they said they would be and thr repair was a reasonable price. I would absolutely recommend Mr Appliance to everyone.
