We had a few appliances to look at. The first we decided to replace. Joel (our serviceman) spotted the problem on our refrigerator that another service had misdiagnosed. Cost us no more than a service call to fix (we had been quoted hundreds for repair). The dryer was more of a tough nut, but he worked it out at a reasonable price. Great to find this company!

Did not have supplies had to wait 3 days. Had to pay half before the job was done, but stated 87.00 just to assess the problem that was never mentioned.
Response by Mr. Appliance of Wylie: Hello Vanessa. We were sorry to hear you had a bad experience working with us. Being without a working appliance for a while is definitely frustrating. We looked into your work order to see what we could have done differently and it looks like we came out on Wednesday 8/19 and then returned on Friday 8/21, two days later, to get your dryer back up and running. Two days is as fast as we could have possibly come back out since we had to order a part. Also, all of our calls are recorded and we just reviewed your call and it looks like we did mention to you about the $89 diagnostic fee if you don't move forward with a repair but I am sorry if that was not explained as clearly as it should have been. We hope your dryer is working as expected now and if you have any other questions or concerns please give us a call at 972-836-0550.
