Very good quality work except for failure to call for a no-show appointment and huge markup on the a/c unit even with a labor charge.

He rushed to do the job and was in a hurry. It worked through 1 cycle then stopped working. He said he would come out and fix the issue and never did and will not return my calls now
Response by Mr. Cool: On the first day I diagnosed the dryer and notified the customer of the cost. He then asked me to hold off on purchasing the part and would let me know. 30 minutes later he called asking me to go ahead and order the part and to proceed with the repair. After ordering the part he called me again asking me to wait almost another week to hold on to the part. I reluctantly did so and in about a week he called and asked me to come by and make the repair. When it came time for me to come over to do the work I called him multiple times and got no answer. I showed up anyway at the scheduled time and found him with the dryer open trying to make the repairs himself, totally ignoring my calls. After making eye contact through the window he then decided to let me go ahead with making the repair. I installed the part and showed that it worked, after that he had a few parts to reassemble that he had taken apart himself. As I said, the dryer was working correctly before I had left and I'm not sure what else was done to the dryer by the customer but any modifications done to the equipment after that voids any warranty.
