    The tech who was so sick, coughing and saying he should be in the hospital replaced an electrical switch and charged me $200. Totally unacceptable from a senior citizens point of view. I would NOT hire this company ever again. Plus you charged a finders fee.

    Robin, Thank you taking the time to provide feedback. As we have discussed a few times, the technician followed proper protocol while at your home. He diagnosed the issue, discussed with you how he would fix it, and then gave you a price to fix it. You elected to have the repair fixed at that cost. We do apologize that our technician came to work while under the weather. Even though these jobs are their livelihood, it has been discussed with our entire staff that sometimes taking a sick day is necessary. You are partially correct about the finders fee, I may not have explained that clearly when we last spoke. Home Advisor charges their contractors a finders fee. In this case the contractor was us, Mr. Electric. That charge does not effect you, the homeowner\customer. We do not pass that cost along to our customers. Feel free to contact us directly if you have any other questions.
