I m extremely fortunate Mr. Electric produced outstanding work, helping me get my home code compliant, before selling my home. I m grateful a true professional was sent, taking and asking questions to get a full picture of my electrical needs. He installed a kitchen sink light, installed 7 smoke alarms, and fixed several bad GFI outlets, amongst other things. Thank you Corey...awesome job. As a new member, I joined and would recommend Mr. Electric without hesitation!

$292.50 diagnostic fee estimated for a $75 job! No way.
Response by Mr. Electric of Knoxville: We are very surprised to see your review, especially since we didn't perform any electrical services for you. You weren't present when the Service Professional provided the quote, so there was no way he could show you the actual work that needed done, and the reason behind the price he provided. Had you of been there and able to discuss the project with him, perhaps you would have understood the cost of repairs more fully.
