Mr. Handyman was prompt in getting back to me and sending someone out to look at the job we needed done. We discussed price and overall it was done quickly and efficiently for a decent price. Not cheap but not overly expensive. We will use them again.

The job was completed fine, but the cost was slightly more than expected, because the contractor took 15 minutes longer than the anticipated one hour time frame. The cost was only a few dollars more, but that was not expected.

It was easy to find the right person for the job, and the work was completed efficiently and to my satisfaction. The low value for the money score is simply because you pay more for service than you would if you hired a contractor directly.
