I did not feel he was honest in his prices(I had job done with another plumbing company at 1/2 the price). I was quoted and it was complete in 20 minutes.
Response by Mr. Rooter of Alamance County: Mr. Rooter Plumbing always gives upfront pricing. We also offer 5 years warranties on all of our parts and labor. So if your flapper goes bad within 5 years we would come back out and replace it for free, no charge for the labor or the parts. I am sorry you had a bad experience. We do appreciate your feedback, it helps make Mr. Rooter Plumbing a better company by being able to work on showing the value in the services received with Mr. Rooter Plumbing.

Should provide customers the "price" for the job upfront instead of saying that the "consultation" charge is free. In the end, would not have hired them if I had known the cost.

When he installed the hot water heater, he was going to put an alarm to notify my if the water heater leaked. He said he would have someone to come back to install that and has not been out yet to put that in. It's not a big deal. I would still use him again because it was good service.
