Harold was very professional, efficient, and pleasant. While we are still not sure of what exactly the problem/issue may have been/be and/or whether it will reoccur, we now know of problems/issues we don’t (currently) have -and- that Harold did what he could to provide a remedy.

I was very satisfied with Mr. Rooter. I called another co. first but never heard from them. Mr. Rooter call me within minutes. Mr. Rooter now has my business forever.

Had to replace a kitchen faucet. It was something I could do on my own but I could not get one of the lines off. Since I had purchase the same faucet to replace it they just took the other on off and charged us about 1/3 of what they originally quoted. Very flexible and worked with our needs to get the job done.

$130 for 5 minute job!!!! Next time ill head my friends advice to wait for a simple plumber that was charging just $30 for the job. Absolutely will not call them again.

Called Mr. Rooter on Friday afternoon to trouble shoot why no water was running to our vacation home despite water being turned on by the city. A leak was found and work order placed to fix leak. I also asked that the repairman to test the water inside after fixing the leak to make sure everything worked fine AND to leave the water on after they left as we had renters coming. They called me to report that the leak had been fixed and everything was working fine and water was left ON. I paid the invoice and everything was fine. 4 days later when my renters show up, I find out that the house has no water because the repairman turned water off AFTER I asked him to leave it on. I called Mr. Rooter back immediately and asked them to go back to the house and see to it that the water is turned back on. I proceeded to get berated by the owner that they would absolutely not go back to the house under any circumstance to turn the water back on as that is not their policy. This was never explained to me 4 days prior, and I gave them explicit instructions to leave the water on and they agreed while accepting my payment. The owner Mark is the rudest service person I have ever spoke with and had the gall to tell me that I was "fired" as a customer. I couldn't believe how ridiculous he sounded and how quickly he angered over such a small issue as turning the water back on takes 30 seconds. He definitely lost a customer and he should lose more for his lack of understanding and short temper.
