    The pro that came to my house explained what he was doing and why. Made suggestion for further program. I had him to remove the current nonworking unit I had for over 20 years. I would seek the same agent for another plumbing problem in the future.

    I had to complete the project by MYSELF!! It was going to cost me arms and legs (over $780.00 changing the whole toilet unit, had I accepted their recommendation without thoughtful challenge) for extracting a small box toy that my toddler dropped inside my visitor's toilet, clogging it. All I had to do was pay the $99.00 "service call" and then, I went to Lowe's who made recommendations regarding tools that I needed to complete the unclogging, taking apart the whole toilet unit, extracting the toy from the other end (beyond the Duck curvature), fixing back the unit...voila!! my toilet is working. Why didn't anyone think about this???

    Homeowner disagreed with our pricing and diagnosis. He did not contact us for any resolution. We are happy he was able to have repaired. Homeowner was not charged for any repair only for a service call.
