    Mr V was super responsive, quick, efficient, and easily and quickly replaced my refrigerator's control board. It has been humming along ever since 2 weeks ago. (90 days warranty on the job, so I'm watching it!) The only downside of my experience was that I thought it was a bit overpriced for the service call. Compared to the competition it was about $75 more. When I looked up the part cost, the labor cost shocked me. But I can't take away from the fact that it was a quick and quality job!

    Mr. V, amazingly, came the day I called. He was knowledgeable, going straight to the problem's cause, quickly repairing my refrigerator. He was forthcoming about charges before beginning the job; he was efficient, courteous and businesslike throughout his his visit to my home. I would certainly hire him again, should the need arise.
