    We have 3 appliance repair men come and try to repair our vent hood but they all said it needed to be replaced. We even had the manufacturer try to fix but they couldn't. Vasyl Khodak did a great job and stayed with the job until it was done!!!! thank you!!

    I got a call from Mr V asking if I would like to book an appointment. I had asked if could let them know the next day as I needed to check them out and compare. They couldn't be nicer about it. after checking out other companies, a few even wanted me to give my credit card number over the phone just to set an appointment. When I said NO way they weren't very nice about it. The next day I called Mr V and asked them to set a time they could come out; I was asked if that afternoon was a good time for me. Two hours before time the technician called and said he had finished early and was wondering if he could come over now. He was very professional, took off his shoes at the door, bringing every thing he would need and went right to work on finding the problem. He kept me informed on everything. Given the price up front. He told me he would have to go and pick the part up, I'm thinking he would say He would come back the next day to finish up. He told me he would be right back. and he was. Had it fixed in no time, clean up and tried it out. I would recommend this company to everyone. I will definitely call them again if the need arises.
