I was over price for the work on my washer pump.

I am sorry you feel this way but the price that was given to repair your washing machine is not over priced at all. The technician provided full Provanative maintenance and diagnosed your washer and replaced your defective drain pump assembly for 270$ the same day. According to the national Appliance price book it should of been 325$ The information bellow is the receipt for the repair you aproved when technician explained to you what needs to be done. If you have any questions or concerns please let me know. Thank you. Washer Mayteg #mvwx500xl1 Test washer operation. Provided Maintenance and cleaning services. Replaced water pump assembly. Washer works like it should.

After repairing the initial problem the technician carefully checked to make sure the dishwasher was working. He discovered a leak in a different part and brought it to our attention. He didn't have to tell us about the leak an it was getting late on a Friday afternoon but he got the part that was needed and worked on until it was fixed.
