Mr. V Appliance & Electrical

I was actually surprised when I called on a Thursday night around 5:30 and got a call back and an appointment for repair the very next day. I really didn't expect that type of response. I expected to have to wait until the first of the week. Mr. V and his tech showed up within the allotted window, diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. The next day they returned and the repairs were done efficiently and quickly. The repairmen were very nice and answered my questions regarding the repairs.

Mr. V. went right to work and diagnosed the problem within 15 to 20 minutes. He explained what was wrong with the oven and gave me the price to fix it. He also gave me a senior discount. He fixed the problem and he was very professional. I highly recommend Mr. V.

Appointment made and I was called to tell me that the techs were on the way. When they arrived the diagnosis and cost of repairs was made. The repairs were done efficiently and quickly. The repairmen were very nice and answered all of my questions. They were very nice and left my kitchen in good condition. No mess. I will most certainly call them for future projects and repairs.

Appointment scheduled between 8 and 10 AM. Called at. 10. To say he was delayed until 11:30. Due to other appointments tech didn't arrive until 130. Could have been more accurate to avoid waiting all morning. Once arrived, tech was professional,efficient, thorough and courteous. We will call Mr V again.

The repair is on a gas stove. The repair man has been back 7 times, yes that is right, 7 times. He replaced several parts and I've sunk nearly $00 into this and the problem is still not full corrected. Now I need to have a gas technician come out to "boost" my gas supply. Why didn't they send someone out who was knowledgeable about gas stoves? I am not sure any of the parts really needed replacing. The tech was very nice and polite, but I am worried about this repair job.

Mr V was very professional and courteous. They were able to quickly identify the problem we were having with two vents and covers (range hood and dryer.) the work was very thorough and completed with high-quality materials. I would definitely call them again for future projects.

Mr. V was prompt and thorough. He arrived within 4 hours of my initial call and replaced the broiler element in our oven and then checked to ensure that the stove was working properly. I would call this company for future projects and recommend for electrical work.

David was great he checked my entire dryer for the issue. Found the problem and fixed it same day l. Fast and professional. Called them on Sat and my dryer was fixed on Monday. Thank you guys.
