Darius Berukstis from myappliancefixed was the best repairman. Not only did he explain exactly what problem was before he fixed it he stayed within my price range and did an excellent job. Definely would recommend. Absolutely the best most knowlegeable repairman ever.

Mr. Fixed (Polius) came out the day after I called. He explained the reason for the dishwasher leaking and over sudizing. He ran a cleaner through the dishwasher and advised me on the best products to use with my dishwasher. He was very pleasant and I would hire him in the future.

Dalius arrived when promised. He is polite and knowledgeable. Went right to work to diagnose our issue and repaired the refrigerator within 30 minutes. He answered all our questions and rates were very fair. Most stress free service repair in a long time.

We noticed buckling in our flooring and suspected our KitchenAid dishwasher was leaking. We called Dalius over the weekend and we set up a time first thing Monday morning. He came promptly and confirmed the dishwasher leak. He ordered the part, came back to make the repair, and our dishwasher is back in action. I appreciated his communication throughout the process (showing me the source of the leak, talking about the timeline involved in ordering/receiving the part, confirming all appointments). Plus he is kind, courteous, personable, and trustworthy. He takes pride in his work. I will not hesitate to call him again and will highly recommend him to others.

Waking in the morning, I found the temperature in the freezer and refrigerator were to high to protect the food, even though the cooling apparatus was running. I lowered the settings in the freezer and refrigerator with no cooling result. Being an electrical engineer, I mistakenly concluded it was caused by low Freon gas. I called to obtain a repair service and Dalius responded immediately. He arrived at my home very quickly. He checked for a Freon leak and found none. I had put the frozen food in our garage to stop or retard the thawing. His removing the back panel of the freezer found a sheet of ice that totally covered the entire back or the freezer and encased the cooling pipes. He found the defected heating elements to prevent the ice from covering the cooling wasn't a Freon problem. A heating blower melted the ice and uncovered the faulty heating elements. Dalius immediately drove to a local parts vendor, returned with the two new heating elements and installed them. The competent response to my refrigerator/freezer problem, and the quickness of the response saved our frozen/refrigerated food at a reasonable repair cost. I strongly recommend Dalius for any refrigerator/freezer service or repair.
