Gas Furnace / Forced Air Heating System - Repair
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! They are unprofessional and unresponsive. I hired them to correct issues with my home ventilation system and to install a home humidifier with HEPA filtration. As it was Christmas time, I paid them before the the job was complete(yeah, stupid me). I came realize that the system they installed not to be working. They did not leave any operating documentation for the unit and after researching on the the web, It turned out the unit they installed was not at all humidifier. Consequently, my family and I are scratching from dry skin, our plants are dying and the RH in my home remains below 18. Do not fall for the initial come on. These people either do not for several weeks. They say that they are coming and they do not. They do not even call to reschedule and they no longer return or answer my calls. I am now left to hire another company to correct this unhealthy situation. Save yourself some grief and the unhealthy condition that these irresponsible people will leave you and your family in. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. They are the worst.
