Communication with this team was great. I was notified every step of the way and even though my junk removal task was small (2 cement fence posts), I was treated as if it was the largest contract on their plate. The gentleman even removed the items on New Year's Eve!

We were looking for someone to replace ours through the wall air conditioner. Andre Harris called us, asked me to send a picture, and said he would do it. He was here in 10-15 minutes! He took the replacement A/C out of our shed, even though this was something he never did, and my husband mismeasured by 6 inches, Andre made it work! He is very patient, good-natured, and a pro. He saved me from the heat. I am so thankful for him coming over when others said they do not do that. I would hire him again in a minute! Happy Customer!

Andre was very prompt and professional, and responded immediately to our request. We set a price on amount of debris to be be hauled away, but of course as we were cleaning, we added more items to be removed. Andre confirmed his appointment the day before, arrived prompltly and had no problem with the extra debris to be removed, and of course we agreed on another price. We will be keeping his number for any further services - which include powerwashing, carpent cleaning an disinfectant. Definately reccomend My Elegant Touch!
