Outstanding Our whole-house attic fan timer wouldn't shut off. NRG service rep Ashley was amazing at helping us figure out what we were working with--and the guys were great at diagnosing the problem (a new motor was needed.) We're going ahead with the project next April, but we're definitely calling NRG back to finish the job. Very professional and helpful--thank you so much!!

The bearings and motor in our old attic fan were no longer operating properly. After 12 years we decided to replace the attic fan with a newer more efficient and quieter model. From dealing with customer service to the actual installation, NJR was top notch in every way.

Estimate was to replace attic fan, ultimately a repair of the motor was performed due to concerns of creating roof leaks, however, the price was the same. Seemed the price should've changed as the work was less than originally estimate and a new fan was not installed.

They installed a standby generator and updated the house electrical panel to 200AMP. From the time we signed the contract with them to the completion of the project took about 3 months, mostly because we had to wait for various permits. We are satisfied with the quality of their work and have now signed a 2-year service contract with them to service our generator as the generator requires regular checking and oil changes pretty much like cars do.

Excellent professional work Technician took the time to trim the siding for the outside lighting fixtures and then used a silicone rope caulk around it so it would not leak. He even took the time to work with me to aim the flood lights perfectly. Would use them again!
