What a great experience with Nagen plumbing. They fixed our issue and explained what was required every step of the way. They were professional and thorough. I will absolutely call them again!

They showed up on a Friday evening to hook up/install our kitchen sink, install the fridge line and unclog/replace the plumbing in our utility sink (the first of many projects in a very old home.). I can't say enough good things about their work. They were on time, communicate, polite, patient and professional. They had a positive attitude about being able to complete the work. Their work was clean, clearly expert, neat, and functional. We had had another plumber in the week prior who said what we were asking was too complicated. Not so. We can't say enough good things about hiring this father/son team. 100% would recommend to anyone who wants a positive and professional experience. Bonus, Sergen (son) played our piano beautifully before our kids went to sleep. An incredibly talented musician as well!

Sergen and Dad were very responsive. Laid out all the parameters of their emergency visit, estimate and choices re implementation of plumbing issue and repair. The gentlemen were very, polite, considerate and finished the work in a professional & timely manner. They even discovered a contractorâ s water line mistake from my fairly recent kitchen restoration and subsequent remodel. Price was just a bit steep but will be worth it if the repair, mitigation of leak and installed parts hold up and present no further problems. Sergen was very clear re letting him know if any problems occur in next few days. He offered the process of returning, work on any reoccurring problems, with no further costs. So far very satisfied.
