He does not return phone calls and didn't finish the job.
Response by Naves Electric, LLC: In regards to this this person I went to her house to take a look at what she needed done and realized it's a problem with her outside meter explained to her that her building management needs to address and correct it for her because it will affect her apartment as well as 3 others. She has an illegal meter stack outside of her apartment complex I explained to her she needs to have her landlord call someone to correct this problem because it requires the building approval I gave her a letter to explain what needs to be addressed and corrected never have i gave her an estimate nor told her i was interested with this job. She still reaches out

Matthew did not do the job he was hired to do. We agreed on one price to complete a task. Only part of the task was completed, however he had the nerve to charge me for a full days work when literally only 2.5 hours was spent actually doing a portion of the job. He promised to be present when the job was being done and never showed up. His unqualified team literally spent hours scratching their heads on what to do, calling him several times for advise on what to do—all to not get the main job done. The main portion of the job HE (not his junior team) was hired to do was not done because his team was incapable of completing the job. This was the worst experience that I’ve ever had as I was promised that the job would be completed twice and it was not completed. Not only was the job not completed my house was left in disarray afterwards. I regret hiring this person and you will too. Don’t waste your time or hard earn money. There are plenty of other more qualified and capable electricians in New Jersey. Use them instead. This person will talk your ear off and do nothing. Then come back with a price 3 times hire than what you agreed on. Unethical!
Response by Naves Electric, LLC: It amazing how customers can leave such a review without stating the facts the facts are you didnt want to PAY for the job lol originally the job was to mount a chandelier and 3 other lights, we hung the 3 other lights and as for your chandelier we explained to you that your 300 lbs light fixture that you ordered needed the right box to support that weight we than gave you a new estimate to hang that light and YOU DIDNT WANT TO SPEND THE MONEY. As for the other 3 lights that we hung for you that took 2.5 hrs did we not just charge for that ? which came out to $300 lol really?? so where or when is it right to bash a company when all we did was try to HELP YOU lol this is ridiculous because i wasnt willing to hang your light fixture because the box wasnt rated for that size fixture and i didnt want to hurt anyone im wrong lol and how did i leave your house in disarray when you told me its fine leave the new light in the corner of the room for now this is crazy

Everything was just as it should be. They were extremely professional and courteous. The price of the job was under the initial estimate and very reasonable, I must say. I would absolutely recommend them and hire them again!

Everything was very professional from the first phone call to talk to me about what I needed to when the two workers showed up to perform the work. It turned out to be a relatively complicated job and they were very flexible and were able to accommodate the project and additional requirements. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Be aware of this company!!! You get what you pay for. Out of all the companies that contacted me, this was the cheapest, so I hired them. They send out two young guys, I guess with not much experience. After two weeks, everything blew up and none of the outlets were working, this was an outdoor job, they didn’t use the right outdoor box or the right GFCI meant for outdoor use. I text them back and they told me they were coming back to check it out.They never showed up and they never answered any of my text again. The managers name is “Matthew Tirado”, that’s the guy I was dealing with. Nice guy, he just didn’t do the right thing and didn’t fix their mess up. I guess their work doesn’t have any warranty??
Response by Naves Electric, LLC: In regards to the comment/review first off the electrical work that was done is NEC listed code compliant. As for the use in what you have connected isn't which was made clear to you. You're trying to plug too many pool motors and heaters into one 20 amp circuit as we explained to you. Your response was you didn't want to pay for additional NEW circuits to fix what was there because it worked previously and it would be fine. Then to follow up when handed the bill which you described as the cheapest price you tried to get some type of discount off. Then to follow up the workers that you're trying to insinuate that were young and inexperienced.
