I recently bought a SMART TV, unfortunately the TV is smarter than I. I saw an ad on the web, and requested a repair person to come by. He was timely in his arrival, and got to work for about two hours. When finished, he presented the bill: $157.00, or $78.00 and hour. Had I known it would cost this much, I would NEVER have agreed to have this service. I have nephews that could have done it, and Target, where I got the TV, was only going to charge $100.00.

I guess everyone has a different opinion of what expensive is. A $49 trip charge and $100 for 2 hours is very reasonable. I've paid much more to mechanic's, plumbers and electricians. I am a professional just as they are and paid them for their skills.

Neil's called us and were very friendly and helpful, but we had to bring the TV to them. So, we decided to go with another contractor who comes to the house (since it is a large TV and a little awkward to transport). Thank you for your help

While we do offer in home service, sometimes after finding out the model and symptoms of the problem we may determine that it is a problem that is best diagnosed in the shop.
