We had some miscommunication at first; however, in every single instance, the issues have been resolved immediately. They do a great job and the price is also very fair.

The left a lot of uncut area of grass the side and part of the back of the house edge was not done.

I normally take care of my own yardwork. I recently injured my Achilles tendon and needed someone to perform my needs. This company sent over their representative next day and took over my duties even though they were busy. It is hard to find a company these days that are honest, reliable and more than competitive in their rates. Excellent in their work they went above and beyond my expectations. I was experiencing difficulty with my lawn dying out in spots and without me even requesting help they researched my situation and presented their findings. Thank goodness for Nelson's Landscaping Services they have helped me avoid a disaster- I had a problem with cinch bugs. I verified it with others and they confirmed what Nelson's had discovered. Nelson's didn't charge me for the investigation and gave me recommendations for remedy of my problem. Simple and inexpensive I could do it myself or they would help me because of my condition; $ 25 dollars. This was more than reasonable as it could take numerous visits to remedy my situation. I have a lot of equipment and besides my yard I have an orchard/grove. I am considering hiring Nelson's to take over my duties and let them handle my landscaping needs. Inexpensive, reliable, and honest, this family owned company has the integrity not commonly found these days.

We live 1500 miles away and he called and email to get set up. Did our lawn as soon as weather permitted. We can see they did work from our camera system. Also our son was there a week later. All was good.

Super Cool, Professional and he put up with a customer like me, which can be difficult, I'm sure. I requested a quote, I received a call the next day, arranged for the work to be done and Mr. Nelson handled it. That Easy! He provided photos as I requested without any hesitation, although this may have been an unusual request from a customer. The price was right and nice work. This company does take care, both in handling the work required well and in the dealing with a inexperienced, stressed out old lady. I was not taken advantage of and I will definately use Nelson's Home Services in the future. AWESOME!!!

He is quite knowledgeable regarding shrubs and excellent at generally cleaning up your yard; very willing to do whatever you want or need. He is prompt and has all the tools to do what is required.
