The staff was very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable, they did an awesome job, my A/C is functioning well since then and haven't had any issues. Thank you for being on top of your game UnitedOne Mechanical. I would definitely recommend this company.

Casey was a true professional and I cannot recommend his work highly enough! He was one of the few technicians that came out to actually look at our system in order to provide an assessment and go through our options. Once a plan was agreed, Casey kept to the install timeframe he provided and ensured our existing system provided cool air while we waited for the new system. All around a true professional and someone I will use moving forward for any HVAC-related work. Thank you Casey! Casey

The work Casey Powell did for me was challenging. Lots of extra labor was involved with tearing down, hauling off and replacing 2 very antiquated HVAC units in my home. He and his knowledgeable and courteous team met the challenge and then some! All communications were timely, respectful and professional.The estimate was very fair and was accepted by my insurance. The quality of workmanship was excellent. My house is so wonderfully cool now. The previous owner of my home was an HVAC guy. So, he did some custom work 30 or 40 years ago to the main house and an addition. Because of this, putting in the new systems required fantastic engineering skills and patience. They brought my 2 systems up to meet new millennium standards. They fabricated parts and attached the new system to my old duct work. New air flow vents were cut for the new Goodman system in the main house to work properly. The other old system in my project room (she shed) was a gigantic package unit. They hauled that dinosaur off, patched up the old ducts and put in a great new Daikin ductless system. Both systems work extremely well. I am so glad I found this contractor!

Casey came out early on a Saturday to diagnose my system. He was friendly, knowledgeable and went out of his way to show me what was wrong and how he knew. Casey was polite and professional- he'll be the one I call from now on.
