    Henderson was amazing!!! They charge on an hourly basis including travel time but Henderson was very efficient and respectful. Moved a 220v dryer plug outside to charge my car and fixed a two switch light. Had a great experience and would hire again.

    Ask them to send Henderson. He is a super young man. Explained to me everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He had to go up in the attic numerous time to make sure the problem was fixed properly. Very polite and well mannered. New England Electrical Contracting is very very fortunate to have Henderson as an employee.

    Dear New England Electrical Contractors, I am certain that Mike will make an excellent electrician once he is fully trained. My request is that I not be charged for his training on the job. not sure of the spelling was able to complete the work on the hall lights in a timely manner. Mike had the electric outlet disassembled, but caused the kitchen electric to turn off. The refrigerator defrosting was a major concern. Mike was unable to install the new outlet and A Alayr had to try to reverse engineer what Mike had disassembled in order to complete the replacement of the outlet and reinstate the electric to the kitchen. Overall the outcome was not up to my expectations. Some hall lights are still not working. I was informed that this is due to the age of the fixtures. Since I am not an electrician I am unable to confirm this diagnosis that they cannot be fully repaired.

    get a price in writing I was quoted a price and the final price was five. times what I was invoiced They did not have a tall enough ladder for the job so they had to come back twice. Like the joke: How many electricians does it take to screw in a lightbulb: two and it takes the two one and a half hours Also beware you will be charged for travel time

    We understand the frustrations, but most electricians do not carry a 20 foot A ladder on their trucks. Sorry for this inconvenience.
