overall great , quality, value, products, informative, people person, flexible, on time ,meets all standards and on time. i have priced out the job to multiple companies and this was comparable but the turnaround was next day in less than 24 hours. i had a service upgrade along with a few other things done. He is involved and was present and hands on. also they completed the job and left the place clean amd cleaned up after themselves. re worked things for me and labeled everything. Thank you mike . i will be using you again in the near future. Erin was great by the way and made herself available and was able to answer all questions i had. I will say not everyone will live by these standards when it comes to contracting and doing and job like this.

I had an electrical issue that took out the power to two of my bedrooms. I hired New England Electrical to troubleshoot and fix the problem. Bruce showed up on time and was able to troubleshoot the problem in short order. After locating the problem, he was able to rectify the problem in a very short period of time. Bruce was able to answer all of my questions regarding other potential work that I would like done and he provided other suggestions that I hadn't thought about. I would highly recommend New England Electrical for any electrical projects that you might need to have done. I look forward to using them again for additional electrical work.

It was a pleasure hiring this company, from the customer service of Erin to the professional installation of a light fixture and outlet socket of Bruce. The service was prompt, reasonably priced, and well done. I would hire this company repeatedly. These individuals are kind and knowledgeable.

Their pricing was outrageous!!! Will never use them again. $160.00 for the first hour; what do you get for that? Nothing! ThatÂ’s for the privilege of doing business with them.

I hired them to do one larger job and 3 smaller jobs. They made a date to do the work and sent two workers, and told me they would be here all day, with my understanding that all of the work would be completed that day. The only work they completed was the larger job and they left after half a day. When I called back to ask about the smaller jobs, they said they would have to come out and give me a second estimate. A week later, they came back and sent a second estimate about 10 days later (after I called twice to remind them that I was still waiting for the estimate). The estimate they gave us was only for one of the smaller jobs. It was not my intention to have to get separate estimates from two or three electricians for the smaller jobs, but estimates for the entire job -- which included the larger as well as the smaller jobs. I did NOT use them for the smaller jobs. So, while satisfied with the larger job, I am NOT satisfied with their customer service and would not recommend them. They obviously were only interested in the big job.
