After setting an agreeable date. Brett was suppose to be here at 7:30. He called at 07:10 to say traffic heavy would be a little late. Was here at 07:40. He got to work promptly and no extra chatter. He was able to put new cooktop in even when was large than previous one by 5/8 inch he explained the bill and finished with an hour. Brett was polite and efficient. Glad I choose them!

Brett was very helpful, knowledgeable and he work quick. He knew what was wrong and immediately knew how to fix it. I highly recommend NEF&A and will definitely use them in the future.

I was charged $209 for a dishwasher repair. The technician told me it was working before he left. Three hours later it wasn’t working. When I called customer service they said they could get someone back out in 6 days. I asked if it could be done sooner and they said they’d have to call back. They never did. When I finally called back, I asked for a refund and stated I’d like to take my business elsewhere. They refused and I was told based on what I signed at the time of “repair” did not allow a refund of my money. Poor service, worse customer service. I paid $209 for literally nothing.

Me and my husband just moved into our home and bought a washer and dryer set our gas line was old Brett our technician came in put a new one in. He was quick efficient and very kind and gave us a quick assessment of other safety issues in our basement that we could quickly fix on our own. They gave us a fair and honest quote on everything would definitely use their services again.

Bret and the other person were friendly and knowledgeable. Dishwasher works great. It was a little expensive but worth it.
