Brett and Mike showed up at a time promised. They were able to asses the job and give me a quote that was acceptable to me. The job was completed within an hour and upon completion made sure that all old materials were removed. I highly recommend NE Filter and Appliance.

They came three times-- First time they came they diagnosed and said it needed two parts-- one for top drawer one for bottom drawer--parts had to be ordered. They came back a second time to do the repair. After repairing they turned it on and it was no longer making noise-- I gave them payment and I let it keep running. By the time the cycle ended it started the noise again., so I called them, and they came back, and thought something was caught. They started the cycle again, but did not want to wait for the entire cycle to complete. Said if there was any other problems call us and we will be back. Problem came back by the end of cycle-- No response to call or texts.

This company was reliable, considerate, and knowledgeable. They worked with me setting up times for the repair and were extremely sufficient. I will definitely use them again if and when I need them. Highly recommend.
