The reason that I'm giving NewHaus 5 stars is because I had a wood shake roof that I knew about but I didn't know how bad it was, NewHaus informed about the risks and liability that I had over my head and they immediately assisted me in getting all of this taken care of in a very quick and fast process I ended up replacing the wood shake roof with a shingle roof that I love and again all thanks to the professionals at NewHaus for the help.

I recently had gotten my tile roof patched up and cleaned by another company, basically what they did is just wash my tiles and make my problem even worse by breaking even more tiles, but when I noticed Iam getting new leaks in places I didnt have them before thats when I got concerned and decided to book an appointment with NewHaus when they arrived they were on time and did not waste any time they found the multiple issues with my roof and addressed them to me Ofcourse it was hard hearing all that when I just spent money on getting a tile wash job but they explained to me and beared with me that I need to get my whole roof done because if I keep fixing up tiles nothing will change and I will still have the same issue so when I heard about what my roofing expert was suggesting I decided that it?s time to get this done, if it was not for NewHaus I would probably be stuck repairing and patching up my old roof but instead I have a brand new hell of a roof.

Great company! I had the misfortune of learning that my house had a leaky roof during a recent rainstorm and within 12 hours of contacting the company, they had someone over inspecting the roof. They quickly found the problem and within a few hours, they had temporarily patched the hole, indicating they’d come back when the rain stopped completely. 2 days later they returned and did a more thorough job, without any surprises. Roof has since withstood several rainy days without apparent leaks. The best part is their speedy response and honesty / accuracy with their quotes as in the past, I’ve had repairmen tack on extra fees at the end of a repair. Highly recommended!
