I have a Sears brand older model garage door opener and I had been having problems with the unit. Last year, I had Sears techs out on several occasions and then this year, a new problem. I spoke with my property manager about my issues and he suggested I try NJ Door Works in Hillside, NJ and I am happy that I did. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable about garage doors. He explained what he was doing and answered all of my questions. He did not try to sell me a new unit although after 20 years, I will eventually need one. I am very happy with the service.

Personnel was very knowledgeable and professional. Only caveat, found them to be a bit expensive considering technician was literally only there 10 minutes.

He came around very quickly. The solution was found easily and resolved. No push for extra repairs or new doors etc. I was very happy and would use this company again.
